Check-in is 3pm. Special arrangements must be made for guests arriving after 6pm. Check-out is 11am.
Cancellation Policy
Suites:
If you need to cancel please remember that we have a 72-hour cancellation policy with a full refund. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to 3pm check-in on your scheduled arrival date, we will charge you the following:
- One evening's rate if staying one night only.
- One-half of your total reservation if you are staying multiple evenings, or if you reserved one of our special packages.
Vacation Cabin Rentals and Holiday Periods:
During holiday periods and for any of our vacation cabins we have a 7-day cancellation policy with a full refund. If you cancel less than seven days prior to 3pm check-in on your scheduled arrival date, we will charge you in full for your reservation.
Please note there is no refund for early check-out at any of our suites/cabins.
Smoking
For the comfort of all of our guests there is no smoking indoors in suites, cabins, or common areas. If guests do not comply there is a $100/day charge.
Pets
We appreciate your affection for your pets, however, we do not accept pets in any suites, cabins or condos. If guests do not comply there is a $100/day charge.Credit Cards
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A credit card is required to hold your suite/cabin but will not be charged until your arrival.Directions from Hwy 99 in Fresno
- Take Hwy 41 North to the Friant Rd. exit. Turn right.
- Take Friant Rd. approximately 18 miles to the Auberry Rd stop sign.
- Turn left (follow Shaver Lake sign) approximately 10 miles to the next stop sign in Prather (stores mark the intersection).
- Turn left onto Tollhouse Rd. (follow Shaver Lake sign).
- Turn left at the next stop sign, Hwy 168, (follow Shaver Lake sign).
- Take Hwy 168 up the mountain to the village of Shaver Lake.
The Elliott House is nestled in the heart of town, on the left (west) side of Tollhouse Rd. marked by our sign and lamppost. Shaver Lake is approximately 50 minutes northeast of Fresno.
