We are pleased to introduce family-friendly accommodations to our array of vacation options.  Our split-level two bedroom, two bathroom condo is perfect for two couples or family. Amenities include access to the common area pool and spa.

On the upper level the light-filled living room with faulted ceiling features a sofa with a queen bed pull-out, which can be used as an additional bed, and TV with cable. A deck with charcoal grill and wicker chairs leads off the living room through sliding glass doors.  Adjacent is the dining room with pine table and chairs to accommodate six, plus breakfast bar with stools.

The efficient kitchen includes stainless steel frig, stove top, full oven, dishwasher and disposal.  It is outfitted with dishes and flatware for eight, plus cookware, toaster, coffee pot, and more.

As you head downstairs you will find a master suite with double bed, TV with cable and master bath with tub/shower combo. Sliding glass doors lead to a view and wood deck with bistro table set.  The second downstairs bedroom features two twin beds and a large walk-in closet. The main bathroom, also on this level, features a walk-in shower.

Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and towels are furnished free of charge, as are kitchen necessities. All regular beds have foam mattress toppers.

Sierra View Condo is located five minutes from the B&B’s main house in the village of Shaver Lake.  Set among towering pines, it is close to restaurants and shops, and a short drive to the lake and China Peak Ski Resort.

Two-night minimum required, three nights during holiday periods. There is a seven- day cancellation policy with a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival you will be charged in full for your reservation total. Please note there is no refund for early check-out.

Daily rate $299; weekly rate $1,795, equivalent of one free night. Key deposit of $150 will be refunded at check-out. No other resort, cleaning, booking fees or room taxes apply.
